YouTube Creator Playbook

I recently downloaded the YouTube Creator Playbook. I highly recommend this document for anyone making videos and trying to get more viewers. The Playbook is mainly for YouTube partners but I think that any video-maker can get some useful ideas on how to become more visible in the YouTube Universe.

Some of the suggestions from this Playbook take about five minutes to implement (per video). Other suggestions take days. And, of course, you constantly need to update information on YouTube, Google+, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Let me share with you how, by implementing some of these ideas, I was able to increase the amount of views in my Spanish YouTube channel. The next figure shows the number of daily views from December 26, 2011 to January 24, 2012.

 Of course, I make videos because it is fun. However, I must admit, making money out them makes it way more fun!
